Meet this week's featured photographer...

Allison Cahoon
UrbanAlli Photography

Here Allison tells us about her photography business:

Thank you so much for Little Keira's Bows for being so sweet and featuring my photography. Photography is my passion. I am a mother to 4 beautiful children- 3 boys and 1 little girl (who is six months old). They keep me very busy and I find photography relaxes me and gives me an outlet so I can stay sane with 4 kids under 7 ;)  I mainly photograph newborns but they grow into babies, children, teens and are part of families, so I photograph them as they grow.  My favorite age to capture is newborn and 6 months. Each little newborn is so different and unique. I love to spend time with them during my session and get to work with mom's to customize colors to babies nurseries. I love seeing the joys on mom's and dad's faces when they see their images of their new baby.  If I had to describe my style of photography, I would say clean, crisp, and classic. I try to use colors and props that families will love forever and not date the photograph.

Emily Burke Photography

Here Emily tells us about her photography business:

I'm a New York City and Denver based natural light photographer specializing in maternity, newborn and family photography. My love for photography started in high school and I studied it in college. When I first started my portrait business last year, I planned on photographing mostly kids. Somehow, newborn and maternity clients found their way to me and I am totally in love with these sessions. I like to think of myself as an environmental photographer when it comes to shooting outdoors. All of my newborn sessions are done on location using only available light. With newborns, my goal is to capture them in natural way. I like to use a variety of posed and unposed set-ups and prefer neutral fabrics. I also love including the parents in the images and spend time incorporating the environment when I can.

Layna Jane Photography

Here Angela tells us about her photography business:

Hello!  I am Angela Schramm, owner of Layna Jane Photography located in Omaha, Nebraska.  I am a natural light photographer who focuses on newborn and family photography.  I first caught the photography bug in college while working towards my degree in Art Education but as with many newborn photographers, once my daughter was born I was inspired to shift my photography focus to portraits.  My style is clean and classic and I try to create images that are timeless.  To me, my camera is another way to create a piece of art and I truly believe that a picture IS worth a thousand words. I feel SO blessed to be able to work with such amazing families and babies and create new relationships with such a variety of people. Thank you for taking the time to check out my work and thank you to Kaye for featuring Layna Jane Photography, I am honored.
